Let's Get Started:


Open a new raster layer 500 X 500.


Grab your first piece of scrap paper,
resize then copy and paste as a new layer


Get your second piece of scrap paper,
resize then copy and paste as a new layer.


Take your selection tool with these settings:



Cut out a rectangle in the middle of the sheet of paper.


Take your third scrap paper ,
resize and copy and paste as a new layer.

Grab your selection tool with these settings:


 
 Cut to your liking. See Tag..

Apply a drop shadow with these settings.




Open your element tube and copy and paste as a new layer,
place it over the second paper edge.

Open your main tube, and copy and paste it as a new layer.


Apply a drop shadow with these settings:


Now is a good time to apply your copyright and trademark information.


Apply your quote of choice.

Apply a drop shadow with these settings:



Apply your name, apply a drop shadow with the same settings as before.

Resize the tag and save as a jpeg.
